We provide a 24 hour 365 day a year service for customers in the event of breakdowns. Our Service department is headed by our Service Manager who has 18 years experience in the field. He is assisted by our dedicated service co-ordinator and a highly skilled technical team. This team consists of highly qualified electricians, refrigeration and air conditioning engineers. All have been fully trained both in-house and by Mitsubishi Electric Dublin, Scotland and Germany.

Contract HoldersEfficiency
Customers with Service/Maintenance contracts are placed on a priority list for service and these customers are guaranteed a swift and efficient response. Given the nature of our business we believe that response time is vital. We offer same day response for all calls received by mid-day and next day response for all others, unless requested otherwise by the customer.

We offer customers peace of mind by maintaining an up to date log book for each unit which contains details of the amount of refrigerant gas in the system and has records of all works carried out.

Emergency Call-Outs
All vehicles have a Vehicle Management System installed. We can live-track all vehicles to ascertain which engineer is closest at any given time. Should a problem occur outside of normal working hours a dedicated Emergency Mobile Number 087-7504444 may be used to contact the engineer on-call. This number is in service all year round.

Spare Parts
We believe that availability of spare parts is an integral part of providing a quality service. We are a Mitsubishi Electric approved service centre and carry a broad range of spare parts and compressors at all times. Furthermore, we offer an extended 5-year warranty on all Mitsubishi Electric products.

Due to the diversity of a/c products installed at client sites our engineers have broad experience of servicing all makes of air conditioning equipment. As a result, we have good working relationships with Toshiba, Sanyo, Panasonic, Daikin, LG etc and can source parts speedily as required.
